MANGOES!
There are Mangoes everywhere this time of year. What to do with them? I had 6 and they were getting ripe. I cut the Mangoes up and froze them. Later I put some in the food processor for a couple of minutes. We had the best Mango Sorbet with Meyer Lemon Moravian Cookie Thins by Salem Baking Company. These came from my favorite new store, Costco. The cookies are fantastic!
